Any discounts available for orders?

Yes. You can save:
5% on orders more than 10.000 CZK (approx. 400,- EUR including VAT or approx. 330,- EUR without VAT)
10% on orders more than 20.000 CZK (approx. 800,- EUR including VAT or  approx. 660,- EUR without VAT)

Do you ship orders to foreign countries?

We offer shipping to most countries worldwide. You can read more about delivery options here.

Do you sell without VAT?

We do sell without VAT to customers outside EU.
Orders over €1000 (incl. shipping costs) require us to fill out the necessary customs documents.
The price of these documents depends on the number of ordered items, and is calculated automatically.
You will see the price of customs documents in your shopping cart, if applicable.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your package.
You can see shipping costs in your shopping cart, or on the detail page of all products.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay online via bank transfer, by PayPal or by payment card.

When is the package sent?

The package is sent within 3 working days, after we have received your payment.

Can I track my package?

Yes, all packages are sent with a tracking number. Orders send by Czech post can have a limited tracking information.
